My conclusion, earn as much as u can, without a feeling of guilt, spend what u like on your self, yet, do eke out something to help others. It gives immence satisfaction to be of use to someone else, less previlaged.
Niceguy251 says: Don't you get a feeling of fulfilment when you see your partner satiated & happy when you do something for that - be it taking out for dinner, movie or giving an unexpected present or when you see joyful face of little one, your child, sibling or relation when you get something for him/her cherished by them? In a broader sense if you give happiness to someone and see all those happy around you it is bound to make you too feel happy.
