The Supreme Court has put up a "good behaviour" signal for tenants, making it clear that those who misbehave with the owner of the premises are liable for eviction. Do you think that this law will put the tenants in a more difficult situation ?

Ruggedboyz says:now i dont want to look at this issue in a cynical way but instead; i did want to think why did supreme court do this and what was going through their, mind when they thought of doing it offcourse supreme court didnt want to give tenants a tough time the intention was for giving the owner of a property the powet to retain their space without many hassles also this did keep the vandalism of tenants at bay and thus make more people rent houses for they will be not be the same anxious souls before they rent their place as they were before

That is good. but, there should also be some guidelines framed against those owners who rent their houses and profit by taking rent, so that these owners dont harress the tenents too... there should be a two way set guidelines ... and not just guidelines targetted at one party.
