No. Instead, India should advise the workers to stay away from A'stan or head there at their own risk.. Ditto for all troubled nations.. Iraq, Iran, maybe even Pak !

Depends how many Indians are in Afghanistan ,are they doing our governments work or their own ? what about the Indian embassy there ? are they safe .. Indian government should insist , nay threaten the Afghani government to take more precautions and utilize their military or whatever to protect the Indians seeking employment there .Every Indian's life is precious , nothing less will be tolerated .

I think all the Indians should be called back from Afghanistan, and Indian forces should be sent to clear off... the Sick Taliban from there.

since indians working there are doing more of a rehabilitation work whether through private cos or NGOs or any other way so its the responsibility of the entire world to see that people from all nations toiling there to rebuild the razed country are given full protection these terrorists are the most coward people dont show their faces kill and run attack vulnerable innocents
